Making the switch to powerlifting, Gobuckeyes 2017 log

Skipped Monday bc I was out of town so I started with bench this week and I'll have to adjust from here. But worked up to 315 3x3. Wasn't planning on going that high but 275 went up easy. My spotter didn't show up today and no one else was there so I didn't press it. I'm up to 221. Not all good weight but I ate like shit for the last week lol I'm still bulking but I gotta clean it up bc I don't want to put on a ton of fat also.
 
Squats today. Worked up to 3x3 405. First time squatting heaving in a couple months. Video taped my self and my form looked good. I could go a bit lower so there is no doubt about hitting depth but I'm happy overall with today's efforts. Starting doing snatch grip deadlifts also.
 
Overhead press day. I took it easy today, I'm tired and it is my 3rd day lifting in a row bc I was out of town Monday and I'm trying to get all my workouts in during the week. I have to work Saturday now so I might take tomorrow off and workout Saturday before work. Idk, I'll see how I feel bc I'm suppose to deadlift.

Seeing how some people on here are changing gyms and getting more serious about powerlfitng makes me want to do the same. I want to compete, just for myself, but I think I need to get more serious about my training. Change gyms to a better powerlfitng one or maybe get a coach. Idk. I don't have the money to do it right now, my belt isn't sanctioned, I don't think my knee sleeves are. So many thoughts

Man do I feel 100% better. My face feels better, I feel strong today. I did bench, 3x5 315. I was going to try 350 since I'm taking next week off, but I'll wait a month and do it when my programs tells me to. I started keeping my arms out further during bench today also and it felt better. I normally keep a really close grip. I think I'm strong if I keep my fingers out towards the marks on the barbell. At least my form is really good now.
 
Did legs today on my off day. Woke up without an alarm, I had planned on sleeping in, and decided to just go in. Practice low bar squats. I tried to do high bar and it feels awkward, tried front squats and I have to do them body builder style bc I can't get my arms to bend. I'm awkward doing them also.

I can't achieve the from rack position to front squats either. I just don't do them.
