Low fat carb sources

Hey guys.. I’m looking for your favorite low to not fat carb sources. I try and keep a variety between white rice, potatoes, and bagels. Eating so much food I find it hard enough to get the next meal in, but I manage. If it’s the same thing over and over and I’m not hungry at all but it’s time to eat, and I don’t even like it, I find it almost impossible to eat. I got to keep some variety to keep getting the meals in. I like the least amount of fats possible (until the last meal or two atleast) so that digestion isn’t slowed and the next meal isn’t so difficult.

what’s your guys favourite low fat carb sources? I walked up and down the isles of the grocery store, but nothing really jumped out at me and I guess I’m drawing a blank ‍

Go for a walk to aid digestion, digestive enzymes, change food sources or add in intraworkout carbs and/or meal replacements with meals.

rice, pasta, bagels, cereal, corn/rice based foods, some fruit.

How does your diet look in general?

Diet is basically 4 steaks and 8 cups of rice a day, 1 chicken breast and a large yellow potato and a pack of ramen noodles with a can of tuna before bed

I’m gonna change the first meal to be bagels instead of rice. I just find them easier to eat. I know I should add vegetables in, but I really don’t want too :)

I also know y’all are gonna tell me to eat eggs.. I am allergic to eggs so it’s a no go. I cannot digest them and I get super sick and every meal after that compounds, it’s totally counter productive.

I like 647 bread a lot. Very high in fiber and real light. I usually have it for toast with breakfast and sandwiches as snacks.

Other than that, rice is about the easiest thing to get down that there is an it digests really well.

Basmati rice sheet oven cooked... 70g raw weight and 70g cooked weight, instead of 200g Cooked basmati... souped in chicken breast broth... fuckin delicious... I m eating just these sheets since are fuckin cheap and quick to make...28B97F6C-4051-4225-BFA1-FC65759BD15F.jpegB8903870-099F-461E-B72E-074223D2D2CF.jpeg

And I spend my time avoiding carbs.. it's easier for me to drink it than eat it, yet those rice sheets r the bomb. Honey and yams. Ok, maybe a Mountain Dew as a pre workout. Only thing I count is carbs..

My go to carbs are cinnamon raisin bagels and angel food cake. I mean, low or no fat takes away some flavor but those taste good to me.

Damn brother gotta dial back that 90% bovine 4 steaks a day diet as delicious as it is.

Easiest would just be some Dextrose or bagels are solid but bagels can be deadly late night when you start slappin butter or peanut butter on it at 12am as you will is slowly sapped and you're asking yourself why you're cutting.

Did I mention I'm cutting?

Hey bro i know you're trying to avoid the liquid calories but the best way I've found to get 2 servings of Greens in is 2 cups fluid. Some whey, some fruit. Then either 2 cups spinach or kale. Blend that shit up. And bam 1-2 servings fruits. 2 servings greens. Whole shit ton micro nutrients for only a few hundred cals if you want to keep that minimum.

Also my favourite low far carb sources would be bananas, mangos, beans, tortillas, bagels, rice, pasta, rice crisps on a cheat, homemade pizza dough with shit tons of meat.
