Hey guys.. I’m looking for your favorite low to not fat carb sources. I try and keep a variety between white rice, potatoes, and bagels. Eating so much food I find it hard enough to get the next meal in, but I manage. If it’s the same thing over and over and I’m not hungry at all but it’s time to eat, and I don’t even like it, I find it almost impossible to eat. I got to keep some variety to keep getting the meals in. I like the least amount of fats possible (until the last meal or two atleast) so that digestion isn’t slowed and the next meal isn’t so difficult.
what’s your guys favourite low fat carb sources? I walked up and down the isles of the grocery store, but nothing really jumped out at me and I guess I’m drawing a blank
