Injection sites

Delts, Glutes, ventroglutes, and lats for me. First try with a quad injection had me limping for over a week almost 10yrs ago and I’m still too chicken shit to try it again.
VG is the most uncofortable for me, last shot had me limping with a pain radiating down on my knee, never again. I'm doing side delts, rear delts, pecs and lats and i've used 1,5ml eod with no problems at all. With 8 sites eod means you'll hit the same spot every ~2 weeks, which is more than enough.

Is there a reason you don't pin bilaterally every spot?

0,9ml 3x per week, thats 6 injection sites and every muscle is hit every 14 days. quads are most comfortable.
how deep do you guys go when injecting delts ?
is 1cm for 1ml too little?
 
I inject eod and I'd say 75% of the time I'm rotating different spots along my quads. Maybe it's in my head but I've always felt that's where I get the best absorption. There's no fat, being the legs I feel moving around helps pip dissipate faster and I don't have to struggle reaching around to my glutes on days I'm sore. I have also been injecting 5mls the last couple weeks so all that oil needs to be injected into a large muscle. Once things are ramped down and I'm back on a cruise I'll start hitting my delts and lats more often.

I'd say just man up and don't ovethink it. I've been hitting quads most of the time for a handful of years and never had an issue. I bounce around different parts of the quads. Although, there is some scar tissue building up, so I should probably invest in a massage gun -ha, or use my wife's vibrator- to break apart the tissue.

For me, yes. I'm using 25G 1 inch (2,5cm). With intramuscular it's better to go deep. Now how thick the needle will be it's up to you, i use 25G only because i can't find anywhere in my country 1 inch and slimmer than 25G, i wish i could fine at least 27G.

damn 1" for delts... and i was thinkin about usin same needles for glutes...
i can choose between 25G x 1" or 1 1/2" (40mm).
now i have 23G x 1 1/4 for glutes, i even draw with 25G, but thats too thick i think. i wanna poke smaller holes

For water-based compounds like L-Carnitine, HGH, MOTS-c, and other peptides, I put them all into my lats.

Yeah, even rear delts I’m using 1” haha. There’s only one brand that makes long and thin needles, I believe they’re 30G 1 1/4 but they’re out of stock everywhere. They’ll bend like hell though.

i struggled to find thinner than 25G also. i found website that sells stuff like that to doctors so i ordered everything from internet.

well, i have good amount of fat on ass, for sure... will probably go for 40mm / 1 1/2"... but that seems too long. my current 23g needles are 1 1/4" i think, not sure in mm...
 
I always use delts, ventro and quads. That’s enough for 6 injections each week.

I never fully understood the fear of quads. It has been practiced in medicine for decades. It’s also arguably the easiest spot to both inject and locate.

I've been wanting to find VG as well but haven't been able to yet. Just doing delta at this time but want to move things around. Not super developed elsewhere too try other upper body parts

You can just do your gluteus medius which is basically your "side butt"; it's the muscle that pops out when you put some weight on one of your legs. Pop it first to locate the exact location then relax (put weight on the other leg) and pin away.

I rotate right glute, quad, lat, delt, trap, then move onto the left side. 1cc a day, everyday.

A 1cc syringe a day keeps the doctor... well probably not away for long.
