Hello beautiful people of Meso!

I am relatively new to the forum when i comes to posting but am lurking for some time now.

Let's cut straight to the point. I myself think i dont have the best genetics when it comes to bodybuilding.
I have wide hips and my weakpoint are my arms... but i have pretty decent strength genetics.
Here are my stats as off recent:

Bench: 265lbs
Squat: 370lbs
Deadlift: 430lbs

I am Training for more or less 4 years now.

My determend goals are rather simple... a slim athletic physique (around 185lbs) and a 315 bench and a 500+ deadlift (i dont really have a goal for my squat but i guess 405).

I know i dont need roids for this... thats not why im asking here.

My problem is the following... i get fat (especially around my midsection) incredibly fast as soon as i go into a calorie surplus...
I finished my cut 6 weeks ago from 210 lbs to 181 lbs. my calories at the end where 1900.

Now for the last 6 weeks i upped my calories to 2700 ( my tdee is around 2700 according to most calculators) and i gained 15lbs all the way up to 195lbs...
I always had this problem for the past 4 years when i started bulking. I feel great and my strength goes up rather fast but so does my weight.

Now i did bloodwork before and after my cut this time to see if a have any problems with my hormones and this are the most important stats:

Before cut:

testosterone: 669 ng/dl (300-1000 is normal)
Estrodial: 62 pg/ml (10-40 is normal)
Prolactin: 67ng/mL (less than 20 ng/mL is normal)

After cut:

testosterone: 413 ng/dl (300-1000 is normal)
Estrodial: 42 pg/ml (10-40 is normal)
Prolactin: 82ng/mL (less than 20 ng/mL is normal)

i included test because its the most important obv. and everything else was in the normal range.
The only 2 things that were out of the ordinary where Estrodial and Prolactin which can lead to fat gain as i read.

I am lifetime natty so can it be that my hormones are just genetically bad for staying lean?
My doctor says high prolactin is no concerne and estrodial will fix itself when i lose weight. (which it kinda did after my cut but still high)

I am sick of my bloated look as soon as i start bulking so i got kinda tempted to use PEDs which is how i found this forum.

But as i said i know i dont need PEDs for my goal so i ask you guys if anyone had the same problem and has any diet, training or supplement advice for my situation.

Stop using calculators. Start your bulk at a body comp you like. Slowly add cals from there. No calculators. No TDEE. None of that cookie cutter crap.

Get atleast 1g/lb protein, take in a reasonable amount of fats (.3-.4g/lb roughly) to support hormonal function, and slowly add carbs as you grow while keeping an eye on the mirror.

And when using a calculator that factors in activity level, just choose sedentary unless you’re a full time athlete or really physically demanding job

What do you use to bulk up? There are many options that cut and help build lean muscle simultaneously. There are also items out there to control the appetite. Without the appetite control, heavy lifting will really spike your appetite.

Cardio, green tea, carb cut offs are some of the way to keep the fat gain minimal. Also eat most of your carbs breakfast and post work out.
