How much ya skwaat?

425 x 1 w/belt (and a heat pack for me knees after). Thats at 240ish.

Might have gone down now. Ive been focusing a lot more on front squats lately and only doing 70 - 80% on back.
 
I figure if I didn't have lower back and knee issues I'd have hit 4 plates squats (which I had before I was seriously injured in a fall ages ago)...but been pushing a solid 5 plates on the squat press machine at my gym where the motion feels like that of a regular squat. I know that surely is no substitute but looking to get some cortisone shots to shut my knees up o_O

455lb @ 186lb BW slightly below parrellel with knee sleeves, belt, oly shoes and a spandex suit that compliments the ol lady pleaser section.

I put gold bond powder on the ol ballsack gives you a bit of a tingly sensation and stops chafe.

Question about the shoes, why did you mention them? Do Olympic shoes confer an edge?

Depending on your style of squating it can help out for sure. If you have a narrow or medium stance they aid in body positioning but if you have a wide stance they will be counterproductive. I mentioned them for accuracy sake nothing more. If I was wearing anything else I would have also stated those items but that's all I was wearing

I went and read up on oly shoes. And I vary my stance btw medium to narrow, so probably a good idea to get a pair. Might be easier on the back.
