So I'm just curious how long roughly would it take with pretty strict training & following calories to be able to compete on stage? From someone who's body composition isn't that great to being stage ready. While not over doing it with gear and jepodising health.
Something I've always had on a bucket list but never been strict enough especially the past few years and just wondering is being 29 to late now?
