Is this NAD+ usable?

Is this NAD+ usable? I messaged the vendor about it and their reply was “This new nad raw material. It may be necessary to adjust the ph and freezing time again.”

I asked if it’s still usable and they said yes but I’m not sure that’s based on anything, especially since they will be refunding the batch?

Probably usable, but good luck knowing your dose as it's likely degraded. Will just have to go in escalating amounts to find what works for you (or doesn't). Nexaph released some NAD+ with bad meltback on his first run. Not sure if that's meltback in your case, though. NAD+ seems to be a bit different to manufacture than others. I've still got it but never really used it. It gives me kind of an empty energy.. nothing usable. Based on what I've been able to research, this happens when your NAD pool is already maxed/topped off. I just use sublingual NMN's daily.
