How far have we came? Let's see some before / progress pictures ... Curious of the meso

I've done shows guys. I need to bring up some lagging body parts. I'm trying to catch the rebound from this cut and grow for a while. Dieting a few times a year kills progress. I need to eat and grow.

im hoping i can get a first shift spot at work so i can hit the gym in the am. i have been stuck only going from midnight till 230, 5 days a week and when i get off work my energy is shit. if i dont get first shift i ordered some tne that will hopefully give me the push i need at the gym because i think most of my transformation has been dieting. i have added an inch on my arms but everything else is just starting to fill out and drop fat. i need to get one of those bf checkers i would like to know my progress there. im assuming first pic was 27% last pick 20% but cant be sure in anyway. thanks for thumbs up!

I loved the gym at that time but I was in my teens lol. I go from 5-7am before work now.

I was at 220lbs... quit a 20 year career of drug addiction and alcoholism and started eating. Got to be a 278lb fattie and started working out. Cut to 230 and started getting serious about building muscle. Now I am somewhere back around 278lb at 6'2". Loving some powerlifting right now.
First pic 220, second at 278 and fat, third and fourth over 270 in the last few months. Sober and clean about 3 1/2 years now too.

Hey Brutus- Is that a tatoo of autopsy sutures? Is part of it real? I bet alot of that work was free- I can tell the style, I have some myself. ~AIC
