I'm thinking my last blast was the culprit, since I didn't have this problem till now. No symptoms but it's making me anxious lolMine gets up to 59.xx whether my test level is 600's or 1800's. It's currently at 57.8 and I donated a few months ago. It was 52 pre TRT. I dunno what the fuck to do. Dr won't entertain PV because my EPO wasn't low, but I did mention that test drives EPO up, to which he agreed.
My hematologist said to ditch t for several months and see. I was like NO WAY. Also, it was high and trending up over the years before the t.I'm thinking my last blast was the culprit, since I didn't have this problem till now. No symptoms but it's making me anxious lol
I'm contemplating stopping the injections but I don't know if it's better. There are differing opinions regarding this, my doctor wasn't even fazed or worried about it too.
I am not a dr but there are people living at high altitudes that live completely Normal lives with much higher numbers than yours. Your dr isn’t worried about it then I wouldn’t be either if it were me. I’d just donate when I get back from vacation. You could also maybe lower your dose to 100mg instead of 120 but idk if that would do much but maybe worth it till you can get back and donate? Or find somewhere that you can drive to within an hr or two from home to donate if you’re that concerned about it? That’s just what I would do though.I'm thinking my last blast was the culprit, since I didn't have this problem till now. No symptoms but it's making me anxious lol

I was trying to say something similar to this earlier in this post. Your spot on @Ironlyfe8oWhile 54 is definitely out of range, that range comes from a bunch of inactive elderly patients, not athletes. My hct is always lower mid 50s in the am when I get bloodwork done, but in the afternoons after hydrating it's like 50. Hydrating and lots of cardio will do you just fine. You are not going to get clots and stroke out.
I need them to check me out, ive pooped out of bed so many times choaking on acid as it crept back up my throat and into my esophagus… scares the shit out of meLoL.. Sorry.. No this would be prolonged heart burn over months and serious acid reflux that wakes you.
I just finished a 10 week recomposition cycle before going down to 120mg per two weeks or 60mg a week as prescribed by Urologist. My cycle was 375mg test e and 200mg mast prop.Donate a pint of whole blood. Do cardio, drink at least a gallon of water a day and eat a half of a grapefruit every day and you should be well on your way to keeping it low. In my opinion, it's not really that high. Maybe high for only 120 mg a week. How long have you been using this amount? Maybe your body needs more time to find homeostasis.
Nice improvement. I am planning to do so once I'm back from vacation.Best advice I can give you on lowering RBC count, hemoglobin, and hematocrit is to give blood every two months. This is what has worked for me to keep those numbers down. All three of those markers were high on me a few months back and my doctor told me to go give blood; so, I did that. As you can see from my labs, all my shit came back within the normal reference ranges. Not only is this helping you, but donating blood, platelets, or plasma really helps your community, because people need that stuff every day. Most places will even let you donate double red cells now, so that's extra beneficial. Take a look at my labs from 5 Jan 2023 and then my labs from 13 Feb 2023 after a blood and platelet donation. It's good all the way around; it helps you will help save someone else. I just took a screen shot of the first two pics, but they're mine.
