Recent Bloodwork on cruise

Got my bloodwork back after cruising for a few months, ready for a new blast.

Cruise on 150mg test, HGH, HCG. Should put me around 650 t levels.

Everything in good levels except:

* HDL 36 (Under 40) - Take Fish oil
* RBC 6.38 (Over 5.8) - Donate Blood
* Hemoglobin 19 (over 17.1) - Donate Blood
* Hematocrit 58.6 (over 50) - Donate Blood
* Prolactin 18.2 (over 18) - Take Prolactin once or twice

Considering my iron and ferritin are good, donating blood should be fine, though I should take iron supplements because they are on the low side.

I also took the test when I woke up without eating or drinking so maybe dehydrated or whatever may have altered results.

Sound good?

Did you not get testosterone and e2 checked?

You ok with high prolactin? No issues?

Your blood is really thick bro, I think you need to get it down close to normal before starting at all.

Be careful with iron supplements and blood donations. There's a shit load of nuance to prevent a rebound.

Here's an article I saw someone link a while back.

-You need to retest after drinking at least 2 liters of water with salt in it. 2g salt per liter so you can retain the water and not just piss it out.

I use niacin alongside with fish oil. 6g high strength fish oil daily and 2g niacin.

How do you split up your weekly test dose and how much HCG?

I did, they just haven't came back yet, and aren't really relevant anyways. I'm not worried about what their levels are and fairly confident I know what they are on what I'm doing.

I took some caber like .5mg, I'll take another. I dunno if I have caber issues. Maybe I do. From what I read I shouldnt really have issues but Ill take another .5mg.

I just donated blood.

I do, uh, something like 900units of HCG or whatever? Fairly normal amount. I do my cruise shots MWF.

I'll retest in 5 weeks on my tren cycle after taking my supplements, blood donation, and drinking water with salt before my test.

Usually donating blood drops my ferritin (and iron too) so I rarely donate, but I might have to donate more often. I used to donate regularly and it tanked my ferritin and it took a long time to get it back to normal along with iron supplements.

I remember you have a history of bad bloodwork and with this one it seems you improved it a lot, well done. I don't know what caused those liver values and crp (probably DHB?) but now the remaining issue is your thick blood.

Have you tried to lower hematocrit with methylene blue, nattokinase or IP-6? I'm not sure though if those supplements won't lower your already low iron and ferritin though..

HCT is slightly high. Curious how 150mg of test puts you there—I'm at 53% on 150mg.

Yeah in the past I think I've shown some jacked cholesterol levels while on blast, they seem to level back to normal off cycle.

Don't know anything about methylene blue, nattokinase, or ip-6, can definitely look into them and happy to hear all about it.

I'm a milehigh so maybe elevation is part of it, good chance also I didn't drink anything the morning of my bloodwork too. Also don't donate very often since how much it affects my iron/ferritin if done too much so that could be part of it.

Starting a new blast and gonna test in 5 weeks with having donated blood now and will drink before my next test.

Brother... you need to repeat your CBC.
Seriously, drink 1.5-2L water then go. ensure adequate hydration and
RBC & Hemoglobin & Hematocrit could all be in normal range (or atleast much closer to normal) so i wouldn't donate. Retest first.

Watch your BP with that Hemacrit. How long after the end of your cycle did you test? Did you test your T on this cruise? Probably a lot higher than 650 on 150/week

He took the test completely dehydrated and already went and donated blood like a complete moron

Well hematocrit would drop like 4% after donating blood and he has 58 while his lab's reference range is like max 50% (mine is higher so im not sure) But still getting hydrated wouldnt put him in their range.
