HGH -- What do the results look like?

I've been on 3iu a day for 5-6 weeks now and besides looking a little more "puffy", I can't tell any real difference. I was hoping to shed some weight and have faster recovery after workouts. Not on anything else atm (no Test). Should I keep going and wait it out? Thinking of just switching to Reta and BPC.

hgh is a lonnng game, minuscule doses for for mere weeks isnt going to do all that much, You should research a little more on hgh and make a decision to go down that road of a hgh protocol, which imo is a life long commitment to diet, hydration, cardio etc, and not just "hey iinjected a little bit of hgh for a month and a half and nothing is happening" , or save your money,, do Peds and make some progress,, ymmv

3 IU is closer to an "anti-aging" dose, not a body recomp or recovery dose

Depending on how much body fat you have to lose, a GLP1 will get you much further than GH (if it's a lot of fat, may consider tirz instead of reta)
 
CBTi is free and I highly recommend everyone look into basic sleep hygiene

BTDT. Years of fucked up sleep in the Army followed by years of working 12hr midnights has permanently fucked my shit up. Having sleep apnea doesn't help either. No electronic screens for a couple hours before bed, pitch dark cool bedroom, yadda yadda. Tried it all.

for what its worth, my 1st and only cycle and pct (500mg Test) I also used GH when starting. I worked up to 6iu, and stayed on GH for year after my cycle ended. I got off GH because it wrecked my joints no matter what dosing pattern or hydration efforts, GH didnt work for me... That said I started that cycle at 238lbs I made it up to 263, that was 2 years ago, stopped GH about 9 months ago. I have never went below 255. So my assumption was after a year and half of GH combined with a test cycle I now hold 17lbs more muscle.

So did the hgh do it for you? Weed does it for me currently! I’ve read hgh for helping sleep is 50/50 to make it bette for worse.
 
As others have mentioned, hgh is the long game. It took me 4-5 months at 4iu to fully start noticing things such as how full I stayed while still being really lean

The one thing I noticed in the first month however was how I slept like a baby

Daily for decades and no tolerance? No increasing doses for the same effect? No rotating between strains? No horrible insomnia (the number #1 cause of relapse during an attempt at abstinence) if you *can't* use it for a couple of nights? You know exactly what I'm talking about.

Come on....

30 years, every day. sleep like a log.
the only times in 30 years i havnt smoked daily is 2 stays in hospital for operations, and i slept fine.
