I'm curious what you guys think a good hgh dose is without using insulin. I usually keep my blasts at 8ius to minimize heart growth cuz I've read alot about actual measurable growth within a year of high hgh usage so I keep it at 8ius for 12 weeks then drop back to 4ius for my maintenance.
I always wondered if anyth above 8 would be worth the risk without utilizing insulin, is there benefits worth the risks to go 10ius+? cuz I just have this urge to blast 10-12ius cuz I don't face any BG/water retention/CTS issues but it seems the risk isn't worth it, atleast from what I have read but ofc alot of guys here are more experienced and knowledgeable than me.
Ofc assuming BG is perfect.
19 pg/mL.That is low. What was your e2 like?
I've never heard of many cases using it for years upon years, most of what I've is short term like 24 weeks. But wouldn't someone who has aids accept the trade offs.Aids patients use 18IU's of serostim every night for years and years ..... just sayin
I went up to 4iu without any noticeable sides.19 pg/mL.
I was on 200mg test Cyp EoWeek from a clinic. and 315 lbs.
now I’m 285 and 200mg / week in two 50 unit pins.
And the GH as above. Trying to burn fat more than build.
Well I guess I've seen so many run high doses, I feel like maybe I could have been understanding the whole concept wrong. So I wanted somebody with more knowledge and experience to give their take. (Basically waiting for someone to tell me: yeah buddy don't sweat it, blast all u want, you'll be fine)Seems like you answered your own question
If not: as much as you can afford and tolerate

Cuz tbh money isn't an issue. I can easily run double the dose I'm on.
If you aren't doing this for yourself then don't mess with GH. If someone who is prescribed GH requires that kind of monitoring, what makes you think that you wouldn't?I'd also think if they get echocardiograms, blood sugar, IGF-1, and edema monitoring
Fully agree, recently moved to the US and have no idea how to get one. It seems like hassle to find a GP and make them refer me so I can get it via insurance. I have fully covered insurance with no copay so anything I can get, I pay 0. So I usually hut my local am/pm and get bloodwork for free.If you aren't doing this for yourself then don't mess with GH. Unfortunately, age can sometimes be a barrier to cardiac testing. Depending on your age, you may or may not be eligible for a calcium score, which is a CT scan. Most large medical groups and hospitals offer them as an elective self pay test for about $50. Maybe start by looking for a calcium score test available in your area.Fully agree, recently moved to the US and have no idea how to get one. I’ll give it a look. NJ/NY laws are fucking mental. Like I can’t get any bloodwork without a fucking referral, like god forbid I’d like to check if I’m healthy as a preventative measure. (Ofc online u can order it through various sites, now it’s becoming more common in ny/nj). So my best bet would be to go to an am/pm and ask the doctor to order my bloodwork. If the results of that are off, that will get you a referral to a cardiologist and likely more imaging.
If you aren't eligible for or can't find a path to an appointment with a cardiologist, self pay MRI services are available in most areas. Cardiac MRI's or whole body MRI's are available to buy just like bloodwork. Google some in your area.
I've seen several guys post about the difficulty of elective bloodwork there and it sounds frustrating .I’ll give it a look. NJ/NY laws are fucking mental. Id go to the doc to ask for a script…My last IGF was 94 ng/mL. I think it was low. 47 male
You may qualify as having a GH deficiency. Maybe talk with your Dr. about that.My last IGF was 94 ng/mL. I think it was low. 47 male
A 3-day break doesn’t matter, GH is a long-game drug. You can start now and skip those days without issue, or wait until you’re back if you’d rather keep it ultra-consistent. Both are fine; it won’t change your outcome. Maybe by the 4th day you'd see igf1 elevation come back to bassline. So, expect it to stay meaningfully elevated for ~2–3 days.I forgot to ask guys -- so I was hoping to start HGH tomorrow, but in 2 weekends from now I have to travel so I'd miss 3 days of HGH. Should I just wait to start until I come back or does a 3 day break not matter?
They did a pituitary gland scan and no tumor. Then the issue was dropped. You may qualify as having a GH deficiency. Maybe talk with your Dr. about that.
But you can. Through the air your breathe.I can’t inject/ingest CBTi, and for that reason I’m out.
Hgh wont do muchI've been on 3iu a day for 5-6 weeks now and besides looking a little more "puffy", I can't tell any real difference. I was hoping to shed some weight and have faster recovery after workouts. Not on anything else atm (no Test). Should I keep going and wait it out? Thinking of just switching to Reta and BPC.
