Yeah, it’s an online peptide source with a good reputation I’ve used for several peptides over several years. Yeah, I know how to reconstitute. I had tried starting at 1mg before and really didn’t feel anything besides the insomnia. I switched to Reta from Tirz because that also caused me insomnia. I took Sema for almost a year in the past, lost a lot of weight, but always felt tired and depressed. I was hyped to try Reta but I can’t seem be able to take any amount. Common sense would say I’m sensitive to stimulation of the GIP receptors since both caused insomnia.Who’d you get it from? Are you reconstituting it correctly ?
.25 mg is crazy to have that kind of reaction
I had that with Tirz for like a week. Life was rough. Just started reta a couple weeks ago. Had some insomnia the first couple nights but seems to be fine now.Back on Sema, I tried Reta for the last time on Wednesday. That stuff is insomnia in a bottle for me. I had come to that conclusion before, but I still have a couple vials and thought maybe if I started slow, .25mg I’d be alright. I literally never fell asleep Wednesday night. I am super sensitive to both Tirz and Reta regarding CNA stimulation.
Spent a month and a half waking up at 2–3 a.m. and staring at the ceiling thanks to Tirz → Reta → before I quit. Finally started sleeping through the night again after a few weeks. Then I thought, “Maybe I was just under-eating and over-training.” Tried Reta 1 mg again and boom, instant insomnia for 10–14 nights straight.I had that with Tirz for like a week. Life was rough. tirz did this to you? why do you think this wwas?Spent a month and a half waking up at 2–3 a.m. and staring at the ceiling thanks to Tirz → Reta → before I quit. A month later I convinced myself a lower dose was the answer. Spoiler: it wasn’t.
Wish people wouldn’t hype it so hard, it gives me major FOMO while I’m lying awake wondering why I do this to myself.
What Reta and Tirz have in common is GIP receptors stimulation so thetirz did this to you? why do you think this wwas?
Now that you say that it was much more than a week for me initially. And it was the same thing, wake up at 2-3am and my brain would just turn on full blast wide awake. I never took anything for sleep. I'm more think 10mg melatonin and 2 x unisom. I'm not sure I actually need it but scared not to drop it.Spent a month and a half waking up at 2–3 a.m. and staring at the ceiling thanks to Tirz → Reta → before I quit. My time looking into this on chatgpt lead to some interesting comments about bg dropping during sleep and cortisol spiking. It suggested eating a non greasy (of course) protein heavy meal 3 hours before bed. I am switching to this today.Spent a month and a half waking up at 2–3 a.m. and staring at the ceiling thanks to Tirz → Reta → before I quit. Why do you get up that early? I love waking up earlyMy time looking into this on chatgpt lead to some interesting comments about bg dropping during sleep and cortisol spiking. It suggested eating a non greasy (of course) protein heavy meal 3 hours before bed. I am switching to this today.
Previously, I ate my first meal by 5:30am and my last meal by 4:30pm. I am now eating my first meal at 8:30am and my last meal at 6:15pm. I wake at 4:30am and go to bed around 8:30/9:00pm.
Probably because I am old. I've been getting up that early for at least ten years now. I enjoy the quiet solitude in the morning. On my days off, I lay in bed for a bit and look at my phone while my lady is cuddled next to me. When she starts to stir, I make us coffee and bring her a cup in bed.Why do you get up that early? I love waking up early
