I don't think I can loose weight without GLPs anymore. Before them I lost weight multiple times (I think 4 or 5 times) but every times regained it because it was unsustainable. Even with slow weight loss and everything right I could keep the weight off for 2-6months maximim before burning out and regaining all the weight.How much weight had you lost before hopping on glp-1? These things are miracles but you can achieve your goals without them.
I recently ran out of reta, so I took my dosage down and spaced it out a little more than I had been doing, to make the vial go farther. This was in my best interest because I was conscious of the boost in appetite suppression enough to appreciate it but I was also able to defeat the purpose of the reta when some irresistible cake came around. So it helped me get my mental game back to where it was when I was steadily losing weight the old fashioned way, before knowing about GLP-1

Few months ago i took a whole vial (30mg) instead of 1/2 of it because i was half alsleep. Did it recently, was supposed to be injecting 18mg for the past few weeks but realized Ive been doing close to 22mg..Makes me wonder if i should just go straight to 20mg now.
These usually take a few weeks to build up, so if ur experiencing unwanted unbearable sides you can always back off the next week by taking less which evens it out.

If thats him, I would highly advise him to seek professional help. He does not want to go down that road.

I'm on 10mg and will keep upping the dose, but the question is: could using one of the supplements/drugs I listed in the title help to restore insulin sensitivity and the metabolic damage and inflammation caused by the binge episodes? Not used chronically, but only after the instances of overeating using like 1000-1500mg of Berberine phytosome or 500mg Metformin or 200-400g Acarbose (just one, not all 3 togheter)
Does it make sense or no? Possible drawbacks? I know metformin and berberine are a mithocondrial toxin and that acarbose is linked to decreased strenght, but I was thinking the intermittent use and the addition of mithocondrial efficiency supplements and peptides (like carnitine, coQ10 and mots-c) could limit the negatives.
you have brainfog because youre starving yourself, not because food is "making you inflammed" lolI definetly had poor insulin sensitivity before Tirzepatide, now I belive it's improved because after the binged I notice a bit less less water/fat retention than I used. But I still think it's far from optimal. Years and years of binging on shit food fucks with insulin sensitivity and many other processes, I fast regularly and that helps but still probably not enough.
I think I am chronically inflamed because I have had almost constant brainfog and "fibromyalgia" (if you wanna consider it a real thing) for a long time.
I'm taking NAC, vitamin C and a little Omega3 but I think I need something to counter in an acute way the negatives of the food benders.
also I think I have more visceral fat that I'd like, because even after fasting my stomach isn't super flat. I don't have a gut but it's not perfectly flat either

I mean it's not really fun. I care about my health and I know how damaging it is to binge or eat junk and mentally it makes me feel shitty afterwards. And I do a lot to stay lean.

for me it's like one thing leads to another. Like I usually put off eating until I have to train, or on reat days I might even do OMAD since I find fasting pretty easy.
But once I start I get even hungrier. Like I'll eat vegetables, then meats, then eggs or yogurt with fruit and then I'll be craving all sorts of shit.

I've been cutting down from above 30% bodyfat. Currently 15%ish I belive? thing is my face looks way leaner than my body, my cheeck bones are very prominent and my face is a little sunken. I've always had a lean face, even when I was obese my face wasn't nearly as fat as my body. But now I've had family members worry and bother me because of it. Phisically I look perfectly fine, just my face is "too lean". Can Collagen help? or even injecting GHK-cu directly in the cheeks?
