Wait what?High probability of causing dementia
This guy says his patients lose a pound a day of mostly fat by water fasting

all those OTC sleep meds (and sleep meds in general)Wait what?
Well I'm double screwed because I microwave Tupperware multiple times a day. Got tired of moving it out. The wife always looks at me sideways.all those OTC sleep meds (and sleep meds in general)
basically make you retarded
something something choline among other things
or dont worry, from the same people that put flouride in our water and put "microwave safe" on bowls. (meaning the bowl wont burst into flames in the microwave, not that its safe to eat out of after microwaving)
anticholinergic drugs cause dementia. Diphenhydramine is a strong anticholinergic. Google it.Wait what?
Fasting glucose at 62 is not normal. No wonder your sleep is trashed.Update on my post: labs just came back. Glucose is 62 mg/dl, insulin is 2.3 uIU/ml, and A1c is 4.9. Both glucose and insulin are on the low side, but nothing dramatic. Tirz is still doing its job perfectly. If anyone here is struggling with insulin resistance, trust me, Tirz can pull you out of it the same way it did for me.
hey any tips to get trough the fast? I always break on the 2nd day. The few times I did get trough the second day I couldn't sleep at night and would end up getting up at 2 am to eat the kitchenIf you don't eat anything you lose a lot of weight? Crazy. Lol!
On a side note, I've done water fasts up to 5 days and protein sparing fasts to 7 days and you will lose hella weight. Also big benefits to insulin sensitivity. The first two days are hard, after that the hunger fades and it's smooth sailing. Energy levels smooth out some after the first couple days too.
I still want to try a 5 day "super fast" where I dose 2-3 iu's of HGH 3x per day during the fast along with 3x per day of a lower dose of Yohimbine and throw in 2mg of nicotine gum twice a day and see what the difference is from just a plain 5 day water fast.
Yes. Settle it in your mind before the fast that you are going to get uncomfortable on day two and three. And this is a good thing, you want this discomfort, it is your body changing over fuel sources. It means the fast is working and it is only temporary.hey any tips to get trough the fast? Appetite suppressants! Caffeine/ephedrine/nicotine are king. I don't use nicotine regularly but keep a stash of Zyn pouches just for days where my ass is really dragging or I'm just hungry as shit. None of those are good near bedtime though unfortunately. Fasting is one of those weird things that once you do it all the following ones are so much easier, it's getting that first one out the way that is the trick.hey any tips to get trough the fast? Yo what about the cocaine and crystal methAppetite suppressants! Caffeine/ephedrine/nicotine are king. Being stupid busy at work is really the best fast aid I've ever experienced. If you're running around all day non stop you won't have time to be hungry.
I haven't actually done an extended fast since starting GLP's but I imagine they make it a lot easier as well. Especially one like Sema that nukes appetite from orbit.
do those actually work? like I see some chinese have oral Tirz but I always assumed it was some weird novelty bullshitMight sound weird, I wonder if oral daily glps can help with that..

The ones from China are bullshit. They're lacking the excipients used by the pharma versions needed to make GLPs absorbable.
This is written by goodrx, seems like it's not required for gliprons.
Injectable GLP-1 receptor agonists, such as Wegovy, are peptides (chains of amino acids) that resemble a gut hormone called GLP-1. This hormone plays a role in digestion and blood glucose (sugar) regulation. These medications mimic GLP-1’s natural effects, helping you feel fuller for longer and lessening your appetite. This often leads to weight loss.
But these peptides can’t travel through your stomach very well due to their size. Plus, enzymes (proteins) and acids in your gut can break peptides apart, rendering them ineffective. This is why they’re typically made as injections, not pills. The only oral option, Rybelsus (semaglutide), is made with an absorption-enhancing ingredient and has specific instructions for taking it.
Gliprons address this issue. Like many other medications, they’re small-molecule drugs made using chemical synthesis rather than peptides or proteins. They’re able to start working after you swallow a dose and don’t generally need to be timed around meals. Dubbed “nonpeptide” GLP-1 receptor agonists, they activate GLP-1 in their own way.
Could a Tirz vial last 7 weeks without degrading? I could get 100mg vials for a great price so if I was to take 15mg it would last me 7 weeks (technically it would be 14.3mg a week, but close enough).
If I transfer it into amber vials, dilute it with 7ml (to be 1ml per injection) and filter it with 0.22um could it be good for 7 weeks?
Other precautions I could take?

thanks. would more dilution be better or is 0.5ml per dose ideal? I'm talking about prevending degradation, not absorption in the body. like if I was to dilute 100mg with 10ml would it make it less likely to degrade? (again, filtered and kept in an amber vial)Less time after reconstitution is always preferred. However nothing inherent in Tirz that would make it degrade quickly, it's one of the more robust peptides. The pharma pens are good for 2 years in reconstituted form.
But UGL isn't pharma. The most critical aspect to protect from degradation, PH, is unknown. When it's off by even a little, degradation can happen quickly.
That said, if you're using Hospira BAC, and diluting (if you can) to at least .5.ml per 15mg, so 3.5ml for 100mg, odds are it won't lose a significant amount of potency within 2 months.
That said even
