finger clubbing on HGH

Has anyone experienced finger tip clubbing on HGH? i have been on 2-10iu for 8-9 months. Have a doctor's appointment to rule out pulmonary issues to be on the safe side. I am assuming the clubbing is from elevated IGF-1 levels over an extended period of time.

dumb question but excluding cosmetic risks and LVH etc. HGh can be continued if side effects/risks are managed? Or would you drop gh completely?

In cases where patients develop acromegaly symptoms, they lower the dose to make sure IGF-1 stays in the physiological range and continue with rHGH.

Because some changes have started developing, like bone growth. but aren’t visible yet, it’s important to not let IGF get out of hand again because those changes will pick up where they left off and could become a problem much faster if IGF-1 goes beyond Z score 3 again.
