Yura has by far been the worst seller I’ve dealt with in recent years. By far. Their support only works when you’re about to place an order; after you pay and the order is supposedly “shipped,” they disappear and act like it’s no longer their problem. I know they have their holidays over there, but this was never mentioned to me at any point in our WhatsApp conversation—only yesterday. It’s already been three weeks since I placed the order, and there has been no tracking update at all. After several messages I sent them, they said they would check with the freight company to get logistics information. Now they’re saying that all orders leaving China will only be shipped after the holiday. I just hope it actually gets shipped, since I placed a large order. Either way, I’ll keep everyone updated here as time goes on.01/15/2026 – made a purchase.
01/24/2026 – Yura sent me the tracking code; however, I haven’t been able to track it since then. When I try it on 17Track, it says the number is incorrect or that the carrier hasn’t provided the information.
01/26/2026 – I asked Yura about it, and she replied that they usually contact the logistics company to check on the order. However, up to now, I haven’t received any further response after asking if they could verify it. I also asked if it would be possible to place another order in addition to this one, but I still haven’t received...
The issue is that it was already hard to find raw material sellers offering, and now it’s getting even harder to find peptide and ready-made oil sellers with quality products who ship internationally without going through the US/EU/CANADA domestic route. Since I don’t live in any of those countries, I end up having to deal with orders from China and all the issues that come with it.
