Fiancee going through perimenopause. Advice?

No, she had a complete hysterectomy over ten years ago and just recently got her hormones checked. Doctor said she would benefit from hrt because of the hysterectomy.
Ok I ask because this is a common symptom when starting hrt, not necessarily brand specific. There are a lot of reasons why, but the basic answer is that it’s from all the effects of estrogen receptors being stimulated. It affects every system in the body, vestibular, CNS, vascular tone - lots of working parts that can contribute. This should level out fairly quickly, but lowering the dose then titrating up is an option. Vivelle, Dotti, Mylan, are all matrix style patches that can be cut in half to reduce dose if that’s something she wanted and didn’t want to get a new rx for.

I’m in peri and tanked my estrogen last year, and it took about 3 weeks to stabilize after restarting e injx.

That’s a good dr to offer hrt to her!
