What is your protocol for daily vitamins/supps. Looking to be a bit healthier these days. All I take is an optimen multi and some fish oil.

Injectable B-complex. All I take in terms of vitamins.

D vitamin and fish oil. And i drink green tea with ginger, little bit of cayan pepper and lemon. D vitamin because in Finland, summer is short and fish oil because i hate fish.

That tea has kept me from not getting common cold etc. I had covid about month ago,and so did my fiancee. Im not vaccinated against it and she is. I drank 4 cups of that tea per day and my covid symptoms were over in week while she had them for allmoust three weeks. Im not saying its a cure or anything and this is not medical advice i just tell what happened to me.

Thanks bro. Gonna order a few of those. Want a good probiotic and all around multi vitamin. What do you reccomend?

I have currently now optimen multi, l glutamine, fish oil, vit d3, rich piana organ defender.

Can I take the organ defender along with the multi and everything else or is that an overkill.

Multi vit and mineral from now foods
D3+k2 , liver and organ defender rich piana 5%,
Ginseng, ginco biloba, green tea, lecitin, quercitin, magnesium, fish oil and taurine but this changes from time to time.

Liver and Organ defender in am/pm
Nordic Naturals fish oil 2-3x a day
Mulivitamin
Animal Flex joint suport
Collagen peptide in my am shake after gym
Kidney Stuff(usually use 1 month off 1-2 then back on)
Every day after gym i do a super greens, fruits, and beetroot powder drink about an hour before my PWO shake. Which is usually 50g whey isolate and a banana or blueberries.

My essentials

Immune health- Vit D3, zinc picolonate, quercetin daily. When I had covid I megadosed these and next day all symptoms except fatigue disappeared

Berberine: Great to take with HGH to minimize blood sugar spikes. Also great to take in general for stable blood sugar and other benefits

NAC- great for liver and body detox
Niacin with flush- builds new blood vessels, boosts immune system and gut health, lowers bad cholesterol

Coq10
Krill oil
telimisartan

gliutamine 15g throughout the day
digestive enzymes each meal

i think this is a very solid stack and best bang for your buck.

Actually insoitol is incredible for anxiety. It works really well. Actually was too well, as i felt numb. Its a supplement you can get on amazon. It really works incredibly. I got bulk supplements. I ran 4 grams a day like someone suggested here, but lowered it to two. It works pretty much instantly, but works better in 5-7 days.

Try it out

That said i started taking probiotics too

L Theanine in the morning def helps
NAC helps as well
Probiotics def helps as well.
And I think what gave the most impact was the shit ton of Omega 3
Thank you. And I was just wondering what prebiotic do you guys use or recommend. I have heard this about how some of them are junk as you need live bacteria for a probiotic
