Ingredients for Swiss and spinach:
Eggs
Turkey bacon (already pre cooked in package from WM)
Low fat Swiss cheese
Spinach

Cheddar and jalapeño:
Low fat cheddar
Jalapeño pickled
Eggs
Turkey bacon

Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Add cheddar or Swiss on bottom (cheese gets crusty and yummy when baked). Add jalapeño or spinich. Add bacon. Add two eggs per muffin. Salt and pepper heavily. Bake in oven 350-375 for 20 min. Let cool and scoop out of tins. They should just pop out. Unsure the calories or macro content. Probably not for cutting. But good for bulking.

Good job ! ;)

Damn that looks good! Going to have the wifey give it a run. I assume about 220-260 calories (2 eggs, turkey bacon, etc) each. But high in protein and fat tho!

This is very much like what I have been looking for. You say they may not be good for a cut but I don't see them as bad tho either.

These are great, and recipe can be easily altered for any diet macros. I can easily see using egg whites to balance fat, or cutting bacon smaller to use less and keep flavor.

Less bacon?

I wouldn't reduce bacon ever, but those calorie counting people might consider it.
Besides we all know bacon adds 10pds to your squat

I'm one of those calorie counting people right now. It sucks. But I still make time for bacon on weekends. If I weren't so afraid of the "keto flu", I could eat that shit for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
