Does anyone else get constipation when cutting?

It doesn't matter what I do, whether eating veggies or adding fiber, bananas or whatever, my poops are solid and hard to pass.

The only time I have nice poops is when I eat a ton of garbage food, but I haven't done so in months since I've been very consistent with my diet.

It could be water, but even that doesn't make a difference. I am on clen right now so IDK if that could be an issue, drying things up, but this has been getting worse as I lower my calories over my cut.

My best shits were when I was bulking lol.

I made a similar post a little while back. I thought maybe it was the winstrol I was taking. I started taking some Milk of Magnesium and it helped some.

Yea, I thought maybe some probiotics, but damn, I don't want to keep taking stuff to be normal.

Take some probiotics along with incorporating yogurt and healthy food into your diet.

After a while of eating the same diet your gut biome will change, it will grow the microbes that best like that food. Your gut biome will also affect food cravings, you will be craving foods that you have been eating for a long time.

Sticking to your diet and incorporating probiotics will help switch the change it gut bio-irregulation.

Magnesium citrate well over 400mg daily will usually solve this problem. Start increasing the dosage slowly or you'll have diarrhea.

I would also increase salt intake.

Taco bell. Oh wait you said dieting.

Fiber? Senna pod tea?

Up water intake?

Spicy foods?

Or just eat out at some dodgey restaurants and catch a case of gastroenteritis perhaps?

How many pounds of veggies are you eating a day? The colon likes to have a big enough volume in it to sense a crap is needed.

I use Himalayan salt on everything

Not a big veggie person, but even when I add them in, nothing changes. I do have a steak salad everyday, made with a Costco salad kit, and it s a blend of all kinds of veggies: organic romaine, chicory, broccoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, and carrots

But every yesterday, it was my Bday; I went out to each and i ate a TON of food of all sorts, mostly carbs... poop still came out hard to pass.
