It is the nutrition section, and it is largely unused here, and when it is used it is mainly for discussion of supplements.
I would encourage you to get your diet together, start on it (before any steroids) and eat it. Track it. See how it goes. When you feel like you are eating consistently, post your diet there, and give all the macros from your tracker (myfitnesspal is free and easy) and solicit advice. Sort the wheat from the chaff among the advice and make adjustments as needed.
You will be able to make small adjustments to the diet as needed because you are tracking.
Protein high (always, never change this), fat low, and carbs where you need them.
The first and second ones are difficult to accomplish, especially at the same time.
You will be the guy with Tupperware containing chicken and rice at the kid's birthday party where everybody else is eating pizza (I now, because I was that guy). If you can do that, then amazing things can happen in months' time.
