I wonder if this is just something, I don't want to say prevalent, but something that is heard of more in the bodybuilding world? Does it have something to do with the admiration of the male physique? I know appearance is everything there so there is an intense fascination with the male form (doesnt have to be in a homosexual way).

All I've ever heard of brojobs was as a joke, or something like that, not something anyone has ever actually practiced.

I come from the strongman/powerlifting world where strength is king and appearance is secondary. I've NEVER heard of anyone doing this but I'm not saying it doesn't happen.

What's weird, and it could be a southern US thing which is where I'm from, calling someone a cunt is pretty extreme, even in social circles people cringe when you say it. Motherfucker, bitch, pussy etc., is fine but to call someone a cunt is like next level.

It's a bad thing in Boston as well. In general conversation on a social level it's fine but not even close to a normal occurrence.
