I eat a lot of everything lmao so it makes sense what goes in must come outIm usually looking at 3-5 a day depending on my calories that day, more towards the 5 mark on higher carb days and more towards three on power carb days. Sp we'll say for on average. I eat alot of oats though,i guess the fiber is probably whats doing it lol.

Bud can you do a calorie breakdown for the diet you posted above? I dont think you are at 6000 calories..Ps @Spooby my diet is about 6k calories
