These postage problems happen often enough . I ordered and paid 9 august 2025 and still have not received anything . I do believe Blitz will replace it when he gets new Drosta stock . I waited over two weeks for a uk order . My address that I supplied was and is completely bonified as I get deliveries daily from Amazon , Ebay and often receive packages from China and India . I needed drosta for my mid summer Cut and viewed the tracking daily as Blitz is always on about how fast he delivers . The item never ever left the Depo in origin where it was posted . After just over two weeks had run out of Mast 10 days by now I Emailed Blitz to check for an update . The reply I got from him is copied below (leaving out my name and address . Please Check that customer care ?!


Hey , it seems something is wrong with the address you gave us or someone of your household refused to take this order. In those cases we are not giving a replacement normally. We can not make mistakes with the labels, because we have a label printer, that just copies what you enter in the shop!

When I enter the address you gave me on google maps, I get several places. So you made a mistake with the address my friend.

UK seems to be not correct. In those cases we don’t give a replace. Also Primo and Drosta are empty.

I could give you a discount coupon with the price of your order. But you have to make sure to give us a correct address. Were using Labelprinters, so errors are not really possible.

But i remember a customer from UK that had an address that was not findable on Google Maps. First of all we send packages out within 24h after ordering with DHL, that is in general very fast. Second if the address is not findable on Google Maps, that is complicated. Normally addresses are findable there, if written correct. And if you want a proof of my label printer, i gladly provide :p To write addresses by hand is way to risky on the long run and to easy to make mistakes, thats why we had a label printer from the beginning.

Like said, we improved already regarding this situation.

I offered you a replace and like said, i dont have Drosta and Primo at the moment, so its not possible to replace this. Im very sorry, but thats just the situation.

This was not my experience remember I had to prove to you that my address is bonified . I did send you google maps with my house pinpointed and a photo of a label on a package I had received that day with the address I had provided you clearly printed on it .
I bickered with you all day to prove I could write my own address and and was getting answers like . Below

This is the part I'm furious about.

It's quite obvious that you guys are well aware of what your addresses are and I imagine have atleast gotten mail there before like any adult does from time to time.

For someone thousands of kilometers away to confidently say everyone is retarded and doesn't know their address just screams shady, highschool bully weeddealer vibes. It's the type of shit that makes us wonder whether it's intentional with how hard you fight everyone.
I wonder how many people couldn't bring meso up for leverage and got nothing cause you "misspelled" an address. If you're gonna run away from the blame and responsiblity again, that's what it's gonna look like.

Tracy doing it a few times in 4000 pages for a quarter of these prices in fucking China was already unacceptable. You, Blitz can't fucking do that and openly tell people they don't know their address. You obviously fucked up.

Plus I gave you a second address as you did not want to send replacement to my address . And you could not find that on google maps either . Your google maps finder system can not find apartments or houses set back off of the street . It can only find a house directly adjacent to the street address any other variable and it does not work .

Which do you realisticly find more likely, that they don't know their address or that you won't find it from thousands of kilometers away? They even sent you proof that the address is perfectly fine and can be delivered to.

Yes i know that, but its quite weird. Especially when a packet does not arrive and you cannot find the address on Google Maps.

I dont say that hes an idiot, but this + Package didnt arrived, is worrying. I mean i have many orders to UK and theres rarely a problem. So why everyone always suggesting thats my fault? And it doesnt matter whos fault it is. I just want to make sure the replacement arrives. And since i have friends in UK and i know that normally addresses there are findable, i just want to make sure the address is 100% correct.

I have a legal onlineshop and its not working much different there, besides that the labels come from a contract with DHL automatically.

No, it does not matter, but you still have to fix it. You are the only one that can as you are the one that messed up. It's fine once the problem is fixed.
Noone is blaming you for it, we just pointed out a regular mistake you make. We all fuck up sometimes, you still have to handle the problem and not repeat your customers don't know their address or live in a house that doesn't exist a million times over.

Check whether the printed labels match what's sent by the customer and it's done. Still not sure what you're trying to achieve here.

If you just want the packs to land, this is all you can and have to do, nothing more to it. It's not discussion worthy rocket science. If you're already doing it, great, it's done.

Never said that i dont make mistakes, but when i do or in general things are not going like planned, im fixing them. Also im doing more than others, to offer service and fast delivery and in general to make things right.

Sitting here on Sunday evening in my office and working, is the perfect proof for this.

You cannot possibly know that. And even if it was not my fault, im interested in fixing this. We sent to the given address. It didnt arrived, could be other reasons too. Those delivery guys sometimes really dont care. Its a well known fact, that they often just say you werent at home, because its easier for them to say so and they finish work faster. Just an example.

I just want a address of him, that i can verify, that it is correct and im sending him a replace. It was all communicated already with him days ago.

Theres just the feeling that i dont care, dont check and dont want to fix and none of this is the case.

Delivery guys doN't like working but they also have to take the package back to either a post office or depot to be picked up if the address you gave the company points to an existing place. They straight turn it back if the address is wrong. People have said multiple times that it got turned back, and they checked the address they sent you.

We feel like you don't care because you act like it.

Every single sentence screams "I'm working my ass off without ever making a mistake and everyone else is incapable of knowing their home address, let alone things about business or safe use".

Things are obviously wrong here. A tren cycle is not the time to introduce yourself to meso...

He obviously cares a lot about his business, the details he goes to speak for that in my opinnion and he can be reasoned with, it's just a very rough and tedious proccess cause he's acting like a 16yo Karen on their period.

Seems like an okay dude to me otherwise but I wouldn't send a dime until he fixes his demeanor cause I don't think he can be trusted with business right now.

THIS WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE . That statement portrays you completely differently to my experience as people will have read the answers I got from you .
You have a legal business you will know the vendor/seller has a responsibility to deliver the goods that have been paid for Amazon or every seller it is the same , If its not delivered to a correct address it is up to the vendor to correct it .

When I first ordered I saw nothing on your website stating that you don't guarantee delivery to the UK . Also my order never left the depo in Germany where it was received. I checked the tracking every day sometimes several times a day as I needed the Mast badly . If it had reached the UK I would have seen it on the tracking . Meanwhile I have had to source mast elsewhere so I have some , that's why I have been waiting patiently .
Was there something about not guaranteeing orders to the UK on your website when I ordered all those weeks ago . I did not see it . If there was and I had seen it i would not have ordered at all . Please explain where it is stated and what it means . Does it mean anyone ordering from the UK is taking a gamble and paying for items they may never receive without any Vender responsibility to Honour delivery ?. If that's what your saying it should be stated to every UK customer before giving payment details to them so that its clearly understood and they can make an informed decision .
Will you do that from now on ?
