So I thought to share something with you all. This is something I've recently experimented with and I've gotten incredibly lean quick from doing it.
The only 2 types of carbs you're going to eat are apples and sweet potatoes. When you're sick of one then eat the other, when you're sick of that go back to the other, or do both each day.
The thing is, there are only so many apples and sweet potatoes you're going to eat before you don't want anymore that day. On days you're completely burnt out from apples and sweet potatoes? Eat lightly salted mixed nuts, this brings the fats up that day and keeps the carbs lower, often I'll do an entire medium sized can in a day!! (the can thats like 5.99)
Protein is only meats and BCAA powder mixed in water, drop the whey shakes altogether!!
So fairly Paleo here. DO NOT COUNT HOW MANY MEALS PER DAY YOU EAT, EAT WHEN HUNGRY!! It may be 3 meals a day, it may be 7 meals in a day, some days won't be the same # of meals!! Fuck that shit, don't even worry about it, stick to the only 2 carb choices here; apples and sweet potatoes.
