Hello, I’m an 18-year-old college student, and I’ve recently gotten into peptides. I’ve been taking HGH for about 2 months now at 4 IUs per day. I originally started using peptides to lose some stubborn weight, but I’m now switching to a bulk since I want to gain muscle.
I’ve been training for about 4 years, but I’ve made minimal progress. My growth plates are already closed, so I decided to take things more seriously. I just ordered some new compounds after finding a supplier on here. When my testosterone arrives, I plan to run 250 mg per week. I’ll only use an AI if necessary, and I probably won’t touch the Anavar until I start leaning out again. For now, I’m focusing on gaining as much muscle as possible before considering a cut.
My “cycle” will likely be long-term, but if I notice any side effects at 250 mg, I’ll reduce the dose by half. I recently had bloodwork done with my doctor before starting testosterone and will continue to do check-ups every two weeks. Everything came back fine.
My training isn’t the best at the moment, but my diet is solid. Most of my meals consist of meat or salmon (on Wednesdays) with sweet potatoes for carbs and a side of greens like spinach.
