A very simple way to get shredded EXTREMELY QUICK

Yeah, I’m a natural heavy sweater as well. The only thing I hate about the excessive sweating is when it drips off my bald head and then I feel filthy all day until I can shower. I’m with you on the freezing too man. I can’t seem to warm up for anything, until summer.
Well good thing for me is I live in a predominantly warm climate. Lol
I feel ya on the sweating this. Everyone says they like to do it during the winter. Keeps them warm.

Lol, I can say I’m bald by choice, but that’s because I don’t want to look like a pedo lol. I think I might have to try this stuff.

Any idea what the dosage for a woman is? Is it 200 mg/day and increase to no more than 600 as well or should it be less?

I always tell everyone to start with 100mg A.M. and bump it up 100mg every 3 days at the most. Also take a dosage that is effective and that's it. Like 400mg is enough for my to loose 1/2 3/4 of a lb every day. That's fine with me. I could loose 1lb a day at 600mg but why push it, ya know?
Also I only cycle it for 2 weeks max and break for a while. If you have to run it longer then that then you just need to diet better. Lol
Also, I spoke to a member here who takes it at 400mg also if I'm not mistaken and lost more then a 1lb a day.

Like 10x. Close to the end of me bulking I'll take 200-300mg of DNP fasted and along with some other things I won't mention and do cardio for as long as I can stand it. I'll do this for like 2-3days then just keep bulking. Sometimes I'll only do 100mg.
I have ran 400mg-600mg straight for 2 weeks many times. I have friends who have done the same. I don't know why but everytime I click the link it says "Blank" and nothing. I'll try again later.

So I thought to share something with you all. This is something I've recently experimented with and I've gotten incredibly lean quick from doing it.

The only 2 types of carbs you're going to eat are apples and sweet potatoes. When you're sick of one then eat the other, when you're sick of that go back to the other, or do both each day.

The thing is, there are only so many apples and sweet potatoes you're going to eat before you don't want anymore that day. On days you're completely burnt out from apples and sweet potatoes? Eat lightly salted mixed nuts, this brings the fats up that day and keeps the carbs lower, often I'll do an entire medium sized can in a day!! (the can thats like 5.99)

Protein is only meats and BCAA powder mixed in water, drop the whey shakes altogether!!

So fairly Paleo here. DO NOT COUNT HOW MANY MEALS PER DAY YOU EAT, EAT WHEN HUNGRY!! It may be 3 meals a day, it may be 7 meals in a day, some days won't be the same # of meals!! Fuck that shit, don't even worry about it, stick to the only 2 carb choices here; apples and sweet potatoes.

Tell me how fast you lose fat from doing this shit!! No rice, no oats, just apples and sweet potatoes week by week. I promise you that you'll look different week to week!!! -Demon

I totally agree anymore than 1/2 pound or 3/4 pound a day is pushing it an your skin can't keep up if a person has to lose anymore than 15 pounds its best to pace themselves I lost over a hundred pounds in about 8 months over ten years ago an my skin still hasn't totally returned to normal I was so determined that I felt the faster the better I wasn't thinking clearly

I did the HCG diet and lost 90 pounds in 3 months. I don’t care what studies show or what doctors say - the HCG helped keep my skin tight. I had no skin hang at all. Lost a shit ton of muscle, but no skin hang.

Damn I never heard of it I was completely natty wen I did it I had never even heard of any t3 or clen or anything like that I went from 315 to 180 bye strict diet an hours of cardio everyday I was big for years to so that could be why my skin was slow to go back

You did damn good though bro. I was a fat ass most of my life and weight is always a struggle for me. I refuse to touch T3 - I don’t trust that my thyroid will recover.

I was same 320 for many years, down to 184 before I started my last bulk. Still a little belly fat and in my chest and of course some excess skin. I think I look great with my shirt on, off not so much lol

Thank you 90 pounds is awesome to that shit ain't easy an Same here I have read studies that it recovers very well but I'm scared to fuck with it an I know what I can do without it so why bother risking it now my problem is bulking my training an diet was built around staying lean so recently I have had to switch everything up an its a bitch putting on weight on purpose I know I will gain a little fat while I grow but I hate doing it to myself when I spent years fighting it

Tried T3 and clen when I was 320 and to be honest wasn't smart at my weight. I lost my 130lbs properly with proper diet and exercise. Use ECA when I was closer to the 240 mark and on down. In a cut now and not using anything but running a test cruise does.

Its mental bro we have higher expectations for ourselves than others for years I felt like the fat guy even when people would comment on how good I looked I only noticed the bad just ignore it an keep on killing it like you have ben
