I have been cycling on and off the Dsip and i also do it EOD before bedtime, because i found that if i do it every night , i get less affect from the peptide, but my honest opinion on this peptide is ,,,, Lackluster performance....

10000 iu of vit d3? Damn. That’s high.
I thought that was the dose Covid patients got for recovery.

I was dosing like that for a while too , until I checked my labs and I was way over the top vitamin D3 , I took several months off and I'm still at the higher end of the reference range

How are you liking the DSIP at that dose? I'm at 500mcg and was thinking about moving up for a more pronounced effect. I only use it a few times a week, when I especially need a good night's sleep. Also, do you notice strange dreams on it?

I honestly don't think it even works at that dose, I might try to do 2 mg tonight just to see if it's better , but I tried everywhere from 200mcg all the way up to 1 mg and like I said it's not very impressive at least for me,, i've done about half a kit so far and I think it's just a waste of money so far, I've had some good nights, but then I've had good nights without it so, I really don't have anything good to say about it honestly, I hope it works for you at least, please keep us posted on your progress with it.
