Today is blood work day so I did not do any testosterone

I've been lowering my HGH dose considering coming off just to kind of reset I guess, I'm considering trying a four month run of Tesamoralin ,

other than that 6g fishoil, 10k iu d3, 100mcg k2, zinc, iron, potassium morning dose aaand i dont remember the rest.
i was fighting the urge to add 50mg var into each day cause one box is sitting next to me... i won the battle, var lost. until next week

Bpc157 3 mg daily
Tb frag 3 mg daily
Dsip 1 mg before bed
I have been cycling on and off the Dsip and i also do it EOD before bedtime, because i found that if i do it every night , i get less affect from the peptide, but my honest opinion on this peptide is ,,,, Lackluster performance....
