If You searched through the forum you'll find out a lot of people get fragmented sleep from HGH no matter what the dose, then some people say they sleep like a baby on 2 ius , it's so individual it's hard to really find solid answers,Im on 10iu and sleeping like shit. Have you tried taking it in the morning 3 to 4 hours before eating? It's on my to-do list, as my sleep is also straight ass.Im on 10iu and sleeping like shit. Wake up at least 5-6 times a night. Maybe its too much? Anyone ever played around with dose to see what gives the best sleep?

And how many are content with cbti?? Hmmm , didn't work for me and I've tried it through several different avenues , professional and personal attempts, maybe for some?I eat breakfast in the morning (protein carb hydration) bc I train in the morning and it seems like a missed opportunity for muscle protein synthesis to keep fasting for much longer
To improve sleep quality: I feel a broken record, CBTi (search bar, many easy protocols posted)

I agree , but I just cannot get behind the CBT I've tried it and it just is ineffective for me personally, it might help somebody else like I said, I don't use trazodone for sleep quality, I use it to put me to sleep , that's my biggest issue , staying asleep is also an issue that I'm struggling with, but trazodone serves its purpose for what I need it for.I understand, but look at the clinical literature on the efficacy of trazadone for long-term improvements in sleep quality
It is a shit sleep drug
But it has worked well for you for a very long time
Two things can be true at once
Sorry bro, TBI, is brutal. I wish you peace at some point.I may never be successful in fixing my sleep I suffered a TBI in 2016 and I've had shit sleep ever since, complicated matter that I may never be able to fix.

I fall asleep easy but also wake up in the middle of the night
it's annoying
but as to night time awakenings, there's a company offering melatonin+trazodone pills, to help you fall asleep "and stay asleep"
but as to your and my experience, trazadone does not decrease how many times I wake up in the middle of the night
neither does melatonin or mirabegron
Last night I started taking Apigenin at 50 mg , and I actually got 59 minutes of deep sleep, now I know this could be a one off because I first started taking it but according to the research this should help with my nighttime awakenings, I actually felt rested this morning when I woke up, the three previous nights I got 26, 43, 42 minutes of deep sleep, it's so wild in the swing of deep sleep, it's an ongoing struggle to figure it out and I'll tell you what it does get expensive lol,I fall asleep easy but also wake up in the middle of the night

I'd be very interested in the outcome of how that Pulsetto works out for you.Just bought some probably tin foil hat snake oil
Pulsetto? Vagus nerve stimulator that supposedly shifts the balance from "fight or flight" to more "rest and digest"
(it also works via CBTi)
