Im on 10iu and sleeping like shit. Wake up at least 5-6 times a night. Maybe its too much? Anyone ever played around with dose to see what gives the best sleep?

If You searched through the forum you'll find out a lot of people get fragmented sleep from HGH no matter what the dose, then some people say they sleep like a baby on 2 ius , it's so individual it's hard to really find solid answers,Im on 10iu and sleeping like shit. Cbti is ?? Especially for people with real sleeping disorders,I eat breakfast in the morning (protein carb hydration) bc I train in the morning and it seems like a missed opportunity for muscle protein synthesis to keep fasting for much longer
