You are severely limiting yourself with this mindset. My coach utilizes it often. I haven’t competed yet but I will be at some point.
most coaches like tren. makes your clients feel like they are progressing/getting better, but often times it is unneeded/unwise to use it.
A coach in france whom I know is really fond of tren, to the point where he tells clients to do full offseasons + multiple shows while continously on Tren.
In his words "It makes them (the clients) see results and makes my part of the job easier. I dont have tto do much when they take tren."

Definitely works, but they probably could have gotten similar/better results if they had been more conservative with the tren. I would always be weary of coaches who are telling everyone that they like using tren/ recommend tren more than the normal amount needed in BBing.

RockyP made an insane panic thread on how var was insidious and not safe at all, then he's running var + drol + tren, none of which are going to add fuck all mass unless you intend to somehow run them for months.

I get where you’re coming from. Your buddy sounds like a shit coach. Luckily my coach is fantastic and we subscribe to minimum effective dose. I’ve never utilized it in a bulk and think nobody needs to go over 100mg IMO. At the end of the day if you’re on the road to a pro card you’ll do whatever it takes. To each their own.

Not my buddy. I simply have the misfortune of knowing him.
Minimum effectiv edose is a viable approach, especially when it comes to tren/19-nors in general
 
My current cycle of 352 TC 337BoldU is absolutely great (1.5mls of my mixed brew)
Especially on the rare occasion on which I add 10-12.5mgs of Sdrol.

Even In a cut I am getting larger, more vascular, stronger, and I have not been out of breath once since week 5 of the cycle. Not even extended periods of straining cardio activity are anything but a mild inconvenience. The EQ cardio boost is real.
On Sdrol training days I look ridiculous, as if i had used SEOs in every single muscle group. or those old timey medications they used pre show in the 90s/2000s, the ones that give you insane localized inflammation in the muscles you inject it in so it looks eve nmore full and crisp.

Bloods are damn near perfect, assuming i wait at least 6-7 days after my last dose of Sdrol, otherwise liver markers are fucked.
Wow! Sounds fucking epic. I have a bunch of injectable sdrol I have been keeping for the right occasion. Running and glutathione as a preventative measure?
 
I left out all the ancillaries and lipid lowering meds but with those on board the bloodwork is better than ever. LDL of 33. Lp(a) undetectable. ApoB 53. Normal GGT, Cystatin C, hemoglobin and HCT. It can be done if we are smart and aggressive about cycle support.
What are you doing for ancillaries/support
