You are right, I said it wrong. It's not that they "compete". They can "cross-react".

The simultaneous presence of insulin and (exogenous) somatotropin does not reduce the effect of either hormone at their respective receptors.
HGH impairs glucose handling and blocks insulin signaling in muscle tissue reducing glucose uptake.

If the primary goal is maximal muscle growth, the combination of somatotropin and insulin can be useful.
Muscle tissue can still be anabolic in the presence of GH and insulin because gh only impairs glucose handling. Amino acid uptake is not affected.
 
Many seem to say/think nighttime is best for preserving insulin sensitivity…but who the f knows at this point.
 
I get where you’re coming from and I’m not disagreeing with you. I just didn’t notice anything truly dramatic from GH personally, and that’s coming from someone who is actually very responsive to it. At 2iu my IGF was around 455, and at 4iu it went up to 760+, so it’s definitely doing something on paper.

Maybe it’s just a matter of time. My first run was about 8 months, then I took a 3 month break and now I’m back on it again. If you’re seeing that kind of transformation from GH, honestly that’s awesome.
Maybe its cuz you only ran 4iu. Ive gone up to 10iu and im on 10iu right now and it really makes a difference then. Just my overall look is completely different, very full muscles, also allows me to be able to eat some junk and not get fat. Keeps everything nice and tight.

I honestly can’t even imagine what 10iu would do to me. My IGF doesn’t seem to scale linearly with dose, so if I’m already hitting around 760 on just 4iu, then 10iu would probably push me north of 1000 real quick. At that point I’m not sure if I’d just look fuller… or start growing bonus features.

My nose is already big enough that when I walk into a room people notice it first, and only then do I show up. So I’m kind of weighing the risk vs reward here, especially being a lightweight.

That said, I get what you’re saying. The fullness and the food flexibility sound tempting. I’m just not sure I’m ready to unlock the acromegaly DLC yet.

Yeah, honestly I look way more like your gorilla avatar and I mean visually, not strength-wise. As for acromegaly, that’s more like something you earn after living at stupid-high IGF levels for a year or more, and even then it’s not guaranteed. One blood test doesn’t magically turn you into Shrek overnight.

10iu put me at 990 my last test. But I would say my head/shoz have gotten bigger my beak is wider then it was when i was 20 but that could also be because im older. I really think the acro is really only a problem if your running sky high doses. my shoe size is the same and my hat size is the same but feels a little tighter then it did 5 years ago. But if you already have a big shnoz then I would probabaly stick to the 4iu if that gets you to 760. Its interesting though how everyone reacts differelty to these compounds. Ive heard other guys say gh didnt do shit for them.

After it peaks it begins to go down so eating wont harm levels. Food doesnt make hgh disappear faster. The reason you dont eat 2-3 hrs is to allow it to peak because raising blood sugar during this period will result in less effectiveness
How do you combat blood sugar? Time/work doesn’t necessarily allow me to fast 2-3 hours before bed and stay on diet. My glucose measured 106 this morning and I’m running 3iu at night. I’m still very new to gh. I have a casein shake before bed and my final food meal of the day has 150g of roasted yellow potatoes. I’m also on 2mg of Reta, do cardio at least 5 days a week in the mornings. Add Berberine maybe?

That’s actually a stellar idea for my situation

Also, I tested at 106 upon waking. Maybe that’s accurate, maybe it’s not. Post workout just now, retested at 103 but decided to test again and it was 83(near my normal) and then decided to test again for a third time and it was 83 again. I just have a cheap device from Walmart so idk the level of accuracy it provides. But we’ll keep testing to try and pinpoint it over the next several days
 
Do whatever works best for you. If taking GH before bed wrecks your sleep, just move it to the morning without overthinking it. Bad sleep will hurt you way more than slightly imperfect GH timing.

After the morning pin you can eat in 30 to 40 minutes, or even wait 2 to 3 hours if you want. In reality the difference is not big enough to stress about, especially at your level.

Honestly, GH is the cherry on top. And if we are being real, it is probably the most overrated thing I have used. Sleep, proper recovery, good food, enough water, solid training, gear, GLP-1s… and then somewhere far in the background is GH. Some people will disagree with me, and that is fine.

Run your 2 to 4iu every morning and life will be good. You might hold a bit of water, feel a little fuller, maybe see a slight bump in blood pressure or heart rate, or get a mild headache. I have been through all of that.

I did not notice a massive difference on GH versus off GH. If anything, I actually felt leaner and better without it. That said, I am still using it now mostly so it does not just sit uselessly in my fridge.
Man, this is sort of where Im at right now.

Very early on doing PEDs, I was all about HGH.
Between minor sides and looking to reduce my injection frequency (and overall compounds), think Im going to drop it once my current vial is out.

Better add something because FBG of 106 is not very good
