I used to sleep like a baby, then after being diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism and finally starting TRT, my sleep started to suffer gradually.
I wake up every 3 hours or so, and have a hard time going back to sleep. Started ro depend on Zolpidem to xounter the problem, which is clearly addictive and with a cljster of its own sides.
Having suspected and trialed with T, E2 levels for many rounds, I only know that I can sleep well when I minimize my T dose, leading to feeling shit but sleeping well.
I take 10g glycine, l-theanine, and couple other things ro support my sleep.
Do you sleep well on TRT? Would appreciate hearing about your experience and advice.
