Definitely the same. They just pop up with new names because their reputation is getting destroyed on their older meso threads, and they are losing a bunch of customers. Eva/Mia/Annie/Hebei Lianfu same shit company, just different reps.

It's not guaranteed to be a scam. It's increased risk for something disappointing to happen, in the same time price is better with other vendors (like wwb). So like you said no reason to buy from these guys.
