Should I be worried?

Hi,
I'm going to get gyno surgery so I had this afternoon an appointment with the anesthesist doc. He gives me a bloodwork to do and here are the results:
Wtf is this troponin level?
I feel great, 23yo in October.
I was sick a few weeks ago and this morning I did a really strong push workout, so my guess is that both have increased it to this alarming level.

Anyway, I have an emergency appointment at the cardiologist in 2 days...

Thanks

I would consider going to the er. You don't know if that level is rising or falling. A good workout can elevate it, but not that high.

Glad it got down, that must have been scary af. Is it normal though to see it rising that high after a heavy workout?
ChatGPT and Grok said it's not normal. Something it can go up to 200 but who knows. Really great workout with my father, I bench some max and he was laughing I was purple and veinous everything under the barbell so I guess BP skyrocketed.
My BP is higher currently -around 140/70-150/80- because I'm on cycle.
My appointment is tomorrow, I don't know what he is going to do, maybe EKG, stress test, echodoppler?
Hope I'm going to have a script for BP, I order from India, but if I can have it legit it would be great. Currently on 80mg telmisartan and 50mg eplerenone and 20mg tadalafil daily.
Cilnidipine gives me edema in my calves.
Are you still running 1 mg a day of MT2?
Yes, at night, usually 5 night a week (I forget sometimes)

EKG is normal
Echo is normal
No LVH
BP 110/70 (I guess my tensiometer is broken)
So basically I'm healthy !

this is one of the reasons that 2 sets of troponins are drawn several hours apart in an emergency setting (also to check the trend). Everyone here was correct in urging you to get emergency evalaution, and luckily it appears to have been a false positive. It happens, but you can't mess around with trop's that high. Glad it's ok.

So what did they say?

Just shrugged their shoulders?
Yes.
My theory is that it can be a lab error (second test was similar but with a 10x difference...
Or it skyrocketed after the workout, like AST ALT and CK if it was tested. I got no answer, but I'm fine, and that's great

Did you get the clot shot?
Those markers are indicators of heart damage
Pericarditis and Myocarditis

If I’m honest i would not really say you are healthy per say if you have to be on 80mg telmisartan and 50mg eplerenone and 20mg tadalafil daily to keep a BP of 110/70
