Well, not all of it. Only the bulk from 165-170 to 207 and back down to 187 happened in 20 weeks. The initial weight loss from 260 down to 165-170 took longer, wayyyy longer. I had it all documented on a Cycle log I made on a discord server that unfortunately got shut down. Nutrition, workouts, PEDs, ancillaries, weekly weight and progress pics updates you name it, every little detail I documented in there and its lost. There is some members in here that were part of that server and followed my journey.
