and 350/400 cooked weight chicken in 4 meal , so every meal 100g protein

insane for 99.99 of people , today i see that big bodybuilder like Dauda , derek , nick eat less , so 300 max 350 but is difficult

in my opinion and experience , the minimum protein requirement start from 2.5g (for bodybuilding) , fitness or other 1.8 is good

i am personally closer to 3g. everytime i go lower i can see not as good growth as closer to 3g. higher protein is it man.

i should go higher at some point but my metabolism is kinda slow so i wanna keep some carbs in

Thanks brother! Yes you're definitely right, width and back development are my 2 biggest weaknesses which i wanna focus more in this push phase (+ arms).

My structure doesn't help, I'm an endomorph and as a teen my waistline was always bigger than my shoulders. Unfortunately i have short clavicles which may benefit the trap development but i can't get wide, I'm only hoping for some extra mass in side delts to achieve this V upper body.
