¿Cómo es tu dieta y tu equipo normalmente?

Thanks, friend. I'm usually between 4,500kcal at the start of my off-season phase and 5,000kcal at the end. Right now, for example, it's 4,500kcal, about 3.5g/kg of protein, 0.5g/kg of fat, and the rest in carbs. 6/7 training days. In my peak off-season phase: 750mg Testo C + 750mg Maste E + 450mg NPP, but I usually start with half and gradually add more.

Wow, 3.5g/kg of protein and 5,000kcal, that's insane!

You eat only whole foods or you use shakes / liquid as well?

I have difficulty eating 2.75-3.00g protein per kg, can't imagine more...

What's your height?

El verdadero progreso, ganancia de fuerza y tamaño.

Siempre los he visto con dieta alta en proteínas, mínimo pero mínimo 3g hasta 4g
Hahaha. My digestion is very good, and I've been taking care of my insulin sensitivity since finishing the show. I eat five meals, three of which are solid, one of which is rice pudding + isoprotein, and another is an oatmeal cake + egg whites. It's likely that when I need to increase my protein, I'll add a liquid meal. I don't need it right now.

I also have 1 liquid meal per day -- my postworkout shake.
Depending on what kind of milk I use (Normal or Fairlife High Protein), the macros are below.

My other meals are:
  • 24oz Cottage Cheese + 20oz Pineapple
    • (1,035kcal, 72g protein)
  • 12.5oz Canned Chicken + 9oz Quinoa + 15oz Canned Black Beans
    • (~1,100kcal, ~100g protein)

And then I eat some random Greek Yogurt, Kefir, and other small snacks during day.
