Damn, bro, insane shape - massive and shredded, respect for the work. But please, don’t do this to us again, people around here get insecure real quick. Next thing you know, half the forum will be hiding their cameras and posting cat memes instead of progress pics.View attachment 346190View attachment 346191View attachment 346192View attachment 346193View attachment 346194
Definitely not the biggest or most shredded but grinding to get there. Sorry about quality, my phone is old and the camera sucks and it's worse when zoomed in. I'm not a competitor; I do it for myself because I want to look good.

Wow, if you were able to turn things around like that and build such an incredible physique, that deserves nothing but respect. And seriously, no loose skin after dropping the weight and adding that much muscle? That’s impressive on its own. But the fact that you did it while being a dad makes it even better. That’s the kind of example a father should set for his kid - showing them what discipline and self-improvement look like.View attachment 346421
Thanks man, it has been quite a journey. Retired from the military in 2018 and let myself go. Hard to believe that about 2 years ago I used to look like a Dr Pepper can with tits. I actually enjoy seeing others progress.
Journey is impressive and inspiring: what age did you shift?View attachment 346421

I'm 41 now, but I got serious when I had just turned 38 and my PCP told me I needed to do something, or I would have a heart attack.Journey is impressive and inspiring: what age did you shift?
Best thing you've done and still keep on top of your health even now.I'm 41 now, but I got serious when I had just turned 38 and my PCP told me I needed to do something, or I would have a heart attack.
Great to hear I’m 41 so just behind you; can’t wait to share a similar story. Thanks for offering your experience to others I’m sure I’m not the only one who could use it!I'm 41 now, but I got serious when I had just turned 38 and my PCP told me I needed to do something, or I would have a heart attack.

The possibility of loose skin had me worried a lot ngl. Here is the thing, when my wife was pregnant of our first kid, her grandmother told her to borderline bathe in lotion and some other stuff every morning and before bed and she did. When she gave birth, there wasn't a single stretch mark on her body or any loose skin, like zero evidence of pregnancy besides the huge titties (which I miss). I remembered that and did exactly the same as the weight was coming off and still do, it took a lot of discipline initially but quickly became second nature. I know someone that formulates her own lotions and stuff with peptides like GHK-Cu, BPC, TB etc and has her own line of products. That shit is fucking gold.Wow, if you were able to turn things around like that and build such an incredible physique, that deserves nothing but respect. Honestly, the shape you’re in now looks like it came straight out of Photoshop. And I can only imagine how funny it’ll be when someone shows up one day to take your daughter to prom and realizes her dad looks like he could rip the car door off with one hand.
Same concern; unfortunately as most things body genetics plays the biggest role, but that’s why we’re all here right? To beat the living shit out of genetics and get our way!The possibility of loose skin had me worried a lot ngl. 1. Do you utilize metabolic flexibility / insulin timing?Same concern; unfortunately as most things body genetics plays the biggest role, but that’s why we’re all here right? To beat the living shit out of genetics and get our way!
I’ll incorporate the lotion, I’m using ghk-cu serum every morning and moxixyl(?) 1000 each night and switching to GLOW injections when I pass a certain weight.
Do you utilize metabolic flexibility / insulin timing?
Also curious during this transformation what did you find to be your biggest hurdle?

What lotions did you use? My training partner is looking to lose 55 pounds, so this will be a big thing for him.The possibility of loose skin had me worried a lot ngl. After reaching what I thought was my "goal" weight, I didn't like what I saw in the mirror, so decided to drop the Tirz, up the androgen load and bulk as much as I could in a 10-week period followed by a 10-week cut, at this time,
In a somewhat chronological order, from left to right: 260+ down to approximately 165-170, then up to 207 and then back down to 187.
Not to interject and not sure if anything is very effective for stretch marks/loose skin but "Bio Oil" seems to be pretty good stuff for at least lightening/avoiding stretch marks, from personal experience. What lotions did you use? Did you apply something different to your face?
How often did you apply lotion to both your body and face? Thanks bro
