Definitely not the biggest or most shredded but grinding to get there. Sorry about quality, my phone is old and the camera sucks and it's worse when zoomed in. I'm not a competitor; I do it for myself because I want to look good.

Thanks man, it has been quite a journey. Retired from the military in 2018 and let myself go. Hard to believe that about 2 years ago I used to look like a Dr Pepper can with tits. I actually enjoy seeing others progress.

Wow, if you were able to turn things around like that and build such an incredible physique, that deserves nothing but respect. And seriously, no loose skin after dropping the weight and adding that much muscle? That’s impressive on its own. But the fact that you did it while being a dad makes it even better. That’s the kind of example a father should set for his kid - showing them what discipline and self-improvement look like.

Honestly, the shape you’re in now looks like it came straight out of Photoshop. And I can only imagine how funny it’ll be when someone shows up one day to take your daughter to prom and realizes her dad looks like he could rip the car door off with one hand.

The possibility of loose skin had me worried a lot ngl. Here is the thing, when my wife was pregnant of our first kid, her grandmother told her to borderline bathe in lotion and some other stuff every morning and before bed and she did. When she gave birth, there wasn't a single stretch mark on her body or any loose skin, like zero evidence of pregnancy besides the huge titties (which I miss). I remembered that and did exactly the same as the weight was coming off and still do, it took a lot of discipline initially but quickly became second nature. I know someone that formulates her own lotions and stuff with peptides like GHK-Cu, BPC, TB etc and has her own line of products. That shit is fucking gold.

I would be lying if I said I did since I have no idea what the fuck any of that is lol. Im a dumbass and I prefer to keep things simple for the sake of my sanity. Calories in VS calories out and some carb cycling for nutrition and Frequency, Volume and Intensity for workouts is as far as my knowledge goes tbh. Maybe some more, but simplicity is what I value the most.

Depends on the time frame. Initially losing weight was the biggest pain in the ass. I was at 260lbs + when I started and after 20-25lbs loss I stalled and I know I was on a deficit and even after Macro adjustments I was stuck. Got some bloodwork done and turns out T was on the floor, so got TRT prescribed and wow, between that and low dose Tirz, the weight just started melting off. Now, at the time I just wanted the weight to come off, so I wasn't really concerned about catabolism, I know, pretty stupid but its whatever. After reaching what I thought was my "goal" weight, I didn't like what I saw in the mirror, so decided to drop the Tirz, up the androgen load and bulk as much as I could in a 10-week period followed by a 10-week cut, at this time, the thought of willingly putting on weight was the biggest hurdle, at least it was mentally fucking me up. I knew it was the only way to put on serious size, so I pushed through the mental block. Now the issue is getting the calories in. Trying to get in 3900-4100 calories was no easy task and now this was my biggest hurdle, eating... crazy right?

What lotions did you use? My training partner is looking to lose 55 pounds, so this will be a big thing for him.

Not to interject and not sure if anything is very effective for stretch marks/loose skin but "Bio Oil" seems to be pretty good stuff for at least lightening/avoiding stretch marks, from personal experience.
