I just started peptides about a week ago and have dumped a bunch of loney into since its been hard to find a grey vend. Im 5'7 29 Years old and weigh 140 lbs. Im pretty cut and shredded, but iw ant to make sure im doing this right. IMG_5863.webp

Top list is daily. The outcome is to gain 10-20 lbs

what goals do you have, I can believe you are cut, 140lbs, you are underweight, I don't understand this stack
 
You have (3) GHRP in there and IGF… slow down man. Pick one from the GHRP 6, will increase hunger, good for bulking, or the Tesa, will cut visceral fat, but 250mcg is too low, 1mg/day if not 2mg/day. CJC No Dac is solid all around.
Pick one of those only.
And stacking IGF and GHRP at the same time is silly, the larger GH pulse should result in larger IGF anyways.
So, might be overkill.
Keep your diet and training on point and pick one path, see what gets you best results. Then focus back on that method.
 
GHK is a mostly useless peptide.

You are taking such a low dose of Reta that it’s not doing anything beneficial for you. Plus you are underweight as others have mentioned so GLPs might not be necessary. But if you are taking it for BG control you are going to need to increase the dose to something meaningful.

Ghk only for my skin, not for weight gain or aesthetics. Only encouraging more collagen growth and fine lines to reduce
 
I'll make this easy for you

Eat
Sleep
Reta at 1-1.5mg/week (has some benefits for insulin sensitivity and things)
Rinse
Repeat

Your body is producing some great GH levels at that age you don't need to try to "encourage" it to produce more.
 
Ok, got it. Seems like you got it all figured out.
The only question is dosing. Im super confused on dosing and which to actually take. Ghrp 6 is mainly for consuming more food bc i do forget to eat and then morelins to help pulsate gh but want to know what i should be taking and how much followed by frequency
 
Ghrp 6 is the only thing that makes any sense in this cycle. Why are you taking Reta if your goal is to put on weight and you forget to eat? Are you seriously worried about insulin sensitivity at your weight because of ghrh/ghrp? All these drugs and you’re not even hitting macros?

Nothing you take will matter unless you have the discipline to stay on diet. These drugs won’t do anything without the substrate needed to grow.

You definitely have some reading to do because that stack makes no sense. What you need is food.
Thats why the title states fix my stack lmao ive been reading up on a lot of things so i got ipa, ser, and tesa because i genuinely do not know which one works better for muscle. Not looking to get big just looking to gain a bit more mass. At this point should i just do hgh?
