haha, no idea - I built up to that volume tho.
I'ved used my delts for like 10 years now - at first 1 ml - and started to increase cause I never wanted to "half the shots" or something. Like Pin 2.5 ml left 2.5 right etc.
and now I am at a point I "need" to inject 5 ml per site, cause I don't want to pin anything besides Delts, Lats and Glutes.
I tried chest and neck - they been okay - but just did 1 ml each.
I don't want to go biceps, triceps, rear delts or quads - and I heard never ever go calves - haha.
