Any guys here have advice for dose titration?
I recently started GH and jumped in at 3 IU before bed. After 6 or 7 days I started to notice feeling achy/sore in the joints while I was trail running. Its unmistakeable. Its like you´re OLD, over trained and need to rest a day. Ever since I started running 250mg of Test per week, Ive not had to rest, PERIOD. So I know something is off and I suspect its the GH.
Ive pulled the GH entirely and will forego the injection until the achy feelings disappear, then I intend to reintroduce the GH but at a lower dose.
What do you guys think, if 3IU is giving me issues, where should I start? Im thinking 1.5 and give it 7 days as that is when the symptons began to reveal themselves at 3IU. If after 7 days its OK, Ill bump up another 0.5 IU after another 7 days and proceed in this fashion.
Im unclear on these GH side effects and whether they are expected to be permanent or transitory. I frankly don´t want to run GH if it makes me feel like this, but if these effects are transitory and can be mitigated by gradual dose escalation I can live with it.
