HGH 40 +

I've been taking 4iu for two months. I split it 2iu on the morning and 2iu at night. I notice the CTS when I'm lying in bed at night but it's not bad and has significantly lessened. Honestly I haven't noticed anything else from it but I'm going to stay the course for a while longer.

Take it immediately upon waking. Your body naturally has cortisol spikes after waking. I use a CGM and it's clear that morning timing can give you concerns that don't exist.
Also want to add that I track my sleep data and sub-optimal sleep also correlates to higher cortisol events which translates to higher glucose.

The dawn effect / dawn phenomenon

Mid 40s here. My current stack is just TRT and a GLP1 (125mg/wk Test C) which keeps me around 900 ng/dl with no sides. I've added HGH the past 6 months (3iu) and I'm seeing benefits with recomp, recovery, and better sleep. In fact, my sleep is very deep and I usually have dreams every night. Prior to the GH, I didn't dream much at all.

Nothing like getting acne for the first time at 40 when I run GH. Feels like I'm a teen again, except even as a teen I never got acne.

That being said, the recovery on the 3-4iu is amazing and I DON'T want to quit.
But I have to take so much shit to counteract side effects.

telmi 80mg
Ciln 10mg
Accutane

For the past 2 months, I've been doing 5 IUs prior to bed 3x a week (MWF), mostly for anti-aging. I do 300 ug each of Mod-GRF and Ipamorelin on 2 of the off days (T,Th) and then take a holiday over weekend.

Why not just take hgh every day? I have been taking 3iu daily, fantastic stuff. No need to come off if you find a sustainable dose.

Seeing that method reminds me of my first coach . He had me injecting on workout days only. I went with it not knowing much about HGH. I finally asked why and he told me “well it’s a cost thing”. I told him let me worry about that then it all changed and so did my coach a little while later. I can’t speak for that member but there are some out there that are perhaps new to HGH that have read all the boogeyman stories on HGH use and reduce daily pins in an attempt to be safe based off what they have read or it could be a financial thing as well for them. Sure UG GH isn’t anywhere near the pharma prices but for some 125 a ten pack could get costly on their budget so they get what they can out of its use.

My goal is anti-aging, not so much maximizing gains. I originally started using HGH because of the TRIIM trial, which used a 3x per week regimen. There was another study in men over 60 that also took a 3x per week approach (Rudman, 1990). I cannot find the post right now, but @Type-IIx discussed the thrice weekly approach previously. There is less of an effect on fasting insulin levels and insulin resistance with 3x per week dosing. Adding the GH peptides 2x a week is my own tweak. I doubt they are doing much, but I already had a several vials and figured I might as well use them.

This is interesting, looks like the common dose range is 2-5IUs.
I'm 47, goal is fatloss and recomp before hitting 50, so started 2mg reta and slu-pp about a month ago. Did my first dose of GH yesterday took it in AM and went for an hour of cardio (as per Type-IIx's R&D). So far not alot of sides (slightly elevated RHR) likely due to the low doses, looking to titrate up in a couple weeks.

Anything else I should be stacking? 5-Aminio1MQ? currently reading up on all the gear, but damn there is too many kinds and don't think i'm ready to sacrifice my boys yet...

Set it and forget it. You're not going to "feel" it unless you get sides. Low dose GH does it's work discreetly. You'll get leaner over time and your skin may improve but you're talking 6 months to a year down the road.

Also, if you're using it as a fat burner pre-cardio, you need to take it like 2-3 hours pre-cardio. The fat mobilization isn't instant.
