PSA don't inject in your traps. I had pain in my delts, that I tried to treat with bpc into the traps, twice daily. It got even worse, but I didn't figure out it was from the trap injections. The trap pain got so bad I couldn't move my head properly. After stopping the injection, it took around 4 days to fully heal down again - pain free ever since.

many nerves in upper traps, i wouldnt even consider it as spot, like never.

hurst like MF during massages (deep tissue) when guy break spasms in my traps. i wanna cry for help. cant imagine pinning anything there

What size pins do you use? Still having a bit of “pip hip” after these, but using a 28g slin pin. Do I need to bring out the harpoons?

you injected into your traps with bpc157 and it got worse? Because i did a similar injection and it made my shoulder pain worse for some reason, weird, Very coincidental, im pretty much at my max with 6 mg bpc157 daily, post op hernia surgery,,

Delts, Glutes, ventroglutes, and lats for me. First try with a quad injection had me limping for over a week almost 10yrs ago and I’m still too chicken shit to try it again.

F the quad, worst pip ever, i am still to afraid as well. Lol

yeah bro exactly my case. The pain got sooo bad, I even had an MRI done and the doc said it's alright. Up until I read a comment on here, where someone hinted he had pain after injecting 1ml in the traps, I stopped all injections and my shoulder and traps healed again.

I mean traps are weird to pin to begin with. It feels weird sticking a needle in there, I think because of how the muscle fibers run.

VG is the most uncofortable for me, last shot had me limping with a pain radiating down on my knee, never again.

If I'm pinning something nasty (e.g. with high concentration and solvents, even worse with guaiacol, never again), I get that reaction. Not limping bad, but definitely not a good feeling. Plain old test in MCT has always been smooth in my VGs.

also, make sure you push oil in slowly and leave needle in for while.
for me, full 1ml syringe via 30G is like 1,5min + 5-10 seconds i leave needle in and then pull out.

Especially wth those very fine needles. Too much flow through a narrow aperture and you get a tiny little waterjet cutter in there. What is the phrase I read once..."hydraulic dissection"

Yeah, same. If I could get my lats big enough to pin, I'd be content to hang up the syringe for a while. Delts with 1/2" needle were safe enough early on. Seems like the gear really does go to work on your shoulders and traps first.

i struggled to find thinner than 25G also. i found website that sells stuff like that to doctors so i ordered everything from internet.

well, i have good amount of fat on ass, for sure... will probably go for 40mm / 1 1/2"... but that seems too long. my current 23g needles are 1 1/4" i think, not sure in mm...

Those 30G 1" needles kind of freak me out. Every time I pull one out it's kinked up, especially because you have to press so hard to get the solution through that narrow needle, which causes a lot of movement that puts lateral strain on it. And then I start thinking about what it would feel like to have one inch of broken off metal migrating around through my flesh.

It probably wouldn't happen if I had better flexibility or could talk my wife into doing the injection. I don't have superman skin or lots of scar tissue (yet) or what. But twisted all the way around for a glute shot and straining to shove oil through 30/31G and trying not to get a cramp, I wiggle the syringe around a bit.

Maybe mine's just low quality. What brand do you use?

I get it but in my case was test and primo both normal concentration. It was just the wrong spot, i knew it since i pushed all the needle in. When i started pushing the plunger pain was getting worse, i pulled back and hit a new spot but damage was done already.

I don't even want to bother again, I'm already using 4 spots bilaterally, so 8 in total which is more than enough.

For anyone that is skittish about pinning quads; there was a good tutorial on YouTube I found. Basically, use both your hands and cover the bottom of your thigh above the knee and the top of your thigh. The middle area that’s uncovered is your safe zone.

Then pick a spot on the outside of your quad. Vastus Lateralus, on the side. Inject there. Painless and never had an issue with PIP.
