Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

I have not paid any attention to this stuff, but you got my attention. What do you mean when you say it is a bit of a game changer? What are you noticing?
I have zero side effects and the fat just kinda keeps falling off. I’ve had to barely do cardio.

Granted don’t consider my results typical, but, it seems to be a serious factor. Whether it’s worth any potential risk being so new/unknown is for yall to decide for yourselves.

Be sure you’re taking a Urelithin A supplement with Mitopure as the primary ingredient alongside SLU.

That last set of photos was me waking up knowing I looked different. Coach has me taking two sets a week now, Monday and Friday in both artificial and natural light.

Woke up 214.0 today after an off day.

Still no t3, no DNP, still substantial carbs per meal (most are 200g rice + some juice or something else), still barely done cardio aside from daily steps.

Fucking beast

I’m taking 250 fasted 250 before training (not fasted, after pre meal) and it’s from Authentic Aminos

Any idea why you ended up so far ahead of schedule with still so many calories and lack of cardio? Any chance it was the SLU or just everything put together this time?

I am just curious about your thoughts on what contributed to the result.

I don’t think I can contribute this all to a single compound but it isn’t hurting.

Additional muscle tissue, stayed leaner during that phase, much more ideal environment with the warmer weather we moved to/true bodybuilding well equipped gym, proximity to other pros and my coach, lower stress situation at work and home, etc.

Amazing

Two days in a row within 2lbs of my 212 limit and hoping tomorrow is a third (nbd if not since today was leg day).

We’ve officially decided to move up the timeline and today marks 3 weeks 5 days out.

Ideally we hit consistent 212 or under weigh ins the week prior to the show to make weigh ins easy. Traveling a full 48hrs in advance to drop any water from flying. We also get 36hrs from weigh ins to stage which is extremely helpful.

Since you’re on SLU, have you thought of adding any of the other mitochondria stack stuff like 5 amino, MOTS-C, methylene blue, to help with the prep?

Looking crazy bro

Since I’ve seen no deficiency with just Urelithin nothing will change for now. I’m a less is more guy and competitors who throw the kitchen sink of shit at themselves more often than not end up looking worse or not even making it to the stage.

If I were struggling, maybe we’d consider something but with 3.5 weeks to go, food still pretty high, cardio still very low, etc and only legit a few % points to improve for the stage we’re comfy.

Appreciate it dude.
