Daily Log to 2019 Show Season

Update:

Weight spiked last week due to issues with bowel movements. Some rice switched out for berries 3x a day for the fiber while still being useful carbs.

Woke up back down at 216.0 today from 218.2 after a prior low of 213 and expect it to keep falling steadily (I hope).

3 weeks out today:
Test Cyp - 500mg
Mast - 600mg
Tren - 150mg
GH - 9iu
Winstol - 25mg AM and pre
Anavar - 20mg AM and pre
Adex: .5 AM and PM
Nolva: 10 AM and PM
SLU: 500mcg AM and pre
DNP: 200 before bed

Rest days are now carbless.

curiosity, do you usually inject ED or EOD, I guess tren is acetate and masteron proprionate?

If you dont mind me asking, Does that amount of Adex make you feel like shit? Does it effect your sleep? I would expect it to feel rough but it being just kinda worth it for conditioning and have to ride it out?

Im taking only .5 adex per day on the same dose of Test and I find it makes me feel like shit/ruins sleep but definitely worth it for the look

Also, is the nolva actually for gyno or is there supposed to be an extra drying effect achieved by nolva with the arimidex already being in there.

Any insight is appreciated. Your log motivates the hell out of me.

Everything makes me feel like shit right now lol. Last 2 weeks or so is a brutal grind. Nolva is to make sure we’ve got nothing going on there. It’s chemical warfare on pro stages. *shrug*

If you don’t feel like shit thru the day you cut training prior to the show you’re probably not lean enough. It is what it is. The people who can force themselves to suffer the most (intelligently) usually win or at a minimum vastly outperform their “potential.”

So it looks like you are going to have quite a bit of testosterone in your system still on show day? Do you stop it at some point?

What about the growth hormone (same question)?
